My creative work reflects the mellanrum, l’espace intermédiaire—the space between what is visible and hidden, spoken and unsaid.Stillness here is not emptiness, but a presence.

Ordinary objects—objekt som tysta vittnen, objets ordinaires—are silent witnesses to fleeting gestures, quiet rituals, and unnoticed moments. Observers without judgment, reflecting connection, distance, stories and the subtle systems that shape our interactions. Through them, my work invites us to pause, feel and reconsider.

At the heart of this is uncertainty and a skattkarta med tvivelaktiga vägar, une carte au trésor—a map without fixed paths, urging the viewer to embrace the journey, not the destination.

Oil painting anchors this exploration, its slow, tactile process mirroring my engagement with identity and memory. The practice also extends into digital media, drawing, printmaking, and craft—each offering a different way engage with the world and question what it means to be human.
